Fūrin in summer in Japan
A Fūrin is small enough to hold in the palm of one’s hand and can be made out of ceramic, glass or metal. If it is made out of glass, it is often decorated with pictures of gold-fish or morning glories.
It is a type of bell-shaped wind chime. It makes a refreshing sound when the wind blows as it is usually hung by a window or door during the summer.
